This website is run by Jacek Ruciński, a natural person conducting educational activity in Poland, under the public name "Hello & Hola".

"Hello & Hola" is the name of our academy — it is not a separate legal entity or a registered trademark.

Hello & Hola cooperates with a business incubator, which handles the formal contracting and invoicing of our classes. Before any contract is signed or any payment is made, we will always tell you exactly which entity you are contracting with.

2. What this website is for

This website is informational. It presents our online English programmes for children and teenagers and lets you contact us. You cannot buy or book anything directly on this website.

3. Contacting us and becoming a client

Sending the contact form or an email does not create any contract and does not oblige you to anything. If you are interested in our programmes, we will write back, answer your questions and — if our model fits your family — present the exact terms (programme, price, schedule, cancellation rules) before anything is signed.

Any contract is concluded individually, in direct communication. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights — including, where applicable, the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days — remain fully intact.

4. Using the website properly

Please use this website lawfully and fairly. In particular, do not:

• send false or misleading information,
• try to access parts of the site that are not public,
• introduce malicious software or disrupt the site’s operation,
• infringe our rights or the rights of others.

5. Technical requirements and complaints

To use the website and the contact form you need a device with internet access, a current browser and an active email address. The electronic services on this site (browsing, the contact form) are free of charge.
