Once you fill out the form, we will contact you within 24 hours to agree on a convenient day and time for an initial phone call.

The goal is for you to tell us a bit about your child, as well as your goals and needs. Following the call, we will assign the annual program that fits best and send you a detailed document with all the information about the program.
