A year is not just a payment plan; it is the foundation of our methodology. It allows us to build a real relationship and a long-term strategy without starting from scratch every few months with someone new. Consistent contact with the language creates a positive routine and avoids interruptions that slow down progress.

We work with students aged 4 to 18, from beginners to advanced levels. Before starting, we conduct an initial assessment to understand the student’s starting point, personality, and specific needs.

You can choose between 1 or 2 lessons per week. 

  • 1 lesson/week: total of 36 lessons throughout the whole annual programme
  • 2 lessons/week: total of 72 lessons throughout the whole annual programme

Lessons last between 30 and 60 minutes. The duration is adapted individually based on the student’s age, attention span, and learning goals.

Lessons are part of a fixed annual programme, not individual purchases. With at least 24 hours’ notice, a lesson can be rescheduled. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, are counted as completed, since that time slot was reserved exclusively for the student.

For sudden illness or emergencies, let us know as soon as possible — We will always try to find a fair solution, though this flexibility is meant for occasional cases, not a regular substitute for the 24-hour policy.

For planned absences (trips, exchanges, etc.), the fee and time slot stay reserved. The programme fee and reserved timeslot remain unchanged, but we may offer alternative arrangements or extra lessons where possible and depending on availability. Longer or unforeseen absences are evaluated individually.

If we’re unable to teach due to illness or unforeseen reasons, the lesson is rescheduled and the schedule adjusted so the full number of lessons is still delivered.

We use Google Meet for live sessions and Google Classroom for materials, practice, and updates. Everything runs seamlessly on the computer, tablet, or smartphone you already have at home.

Every age requires a different approach, but one thing remains constant: our lessons are always active and dynamic. We get bored easily with flat, repetitive teaching, so we design every session to keep students fully engaged. From playful foundation-building to advanced critical thinking, here is how we adapt our teaching to every developmental stage:

4-7 years old

We don’t want a child at this age to “study” English. We want and help them to meet it through games, stories, pictures, movement and our voice.

Lessons last 30 or 45 minutes. At that age, their attention shifts every few minutes  so lessons have to be adapted accordingly to that. Each session moves through short, connected moments: a song, a game to introduce new words, a video or story, then a hands-on activity to practise — switching every 5 to 10 minutes to match how young children naturally focus.

Children are not expected to speak perfectly from the start.  They first listen and understand, then gradually begin to use the language themselves.

8-12 years old

At this age, most children already read fluently and have a working vocabulary. We first look at each child’s level and previous experience with English, then adapt the pace and difficulty of the lessons accordingly.  

Lessons last 45 or 60 minutes.We genuinely care and make sure that lessons with us don’t feel like school. The goal is for children to feel open and entertained, so learning doesn’t feel like a lesson and still can be something they simply enjoy as it was before.

As their skills develop, we work more consciously on grammar, reading comprehension, written English, and where useful, we add written homework — always explained clearly beforehand.

13-18 years old

At this stage, students benefit from greater cognitive maturity and independence. Beyond mastering core English skills, we empower them to debate, share perspectives, and critically analyze topics. 

The lessons last 60 minutes and include real conversation, not just theory. We focus on building communication, critical thinking, and synthesis skills to prepare them for official exams and real-life success. That’s what sets us apart from a traditional classroom. 

Homework or additional practice between lessons is an optional service included in our programs, fully tailored to the student’s age, level, and needs. However, families always have the final say on whether they want their child to receive homework.

Yes. We design an individualised strategy based on the student’s starting level, the time available before the exam, and their natural aptitude for languages.

We structure exam preparation into 3 strategic phases:

  • Phases 1 & 2: Assimilation and solid practice. We focus on building and consolidating the key grammar and vocabulary required for the exam.
  • Phase 3: Exam strategy and score maximisation. We work directly with real exam-style papers, training time-management techniques, question-solving strategies, and specific methods to maximise performance on exam day.

This ensures that students arrive at the exam not only prepared, but also confident and fully aware of how to approach each part of the test.

We monitor development continuously rather than waiting until the end of the term. Families receive regular progress updates, and parents have direct contact with the teacher throughout the year.

We do not make unrealistic promises about guaranteed outcomes. Instead, we guarantee the quality of the process: our preparation, personalisation, mentoring relationship, and communication. We take full responsibility for the learning environment we create.

Annual programmes start from €61/month. However, we present the exact price during the initial consultation, once we understand the student’s needs, we select the appropriate programme.

Payment is made by bank transfer against the corresponding invoice.

We offer 3 payment options:

  • One single payment for the full programme: 5% discount
  • 3 instalments (September, December, March): 3% discount
  • Monthly instalments

Yes, it is possible to join the annual program at any time of the year, as long as there are spots available. In that case, the price would be calculated based on the remaining teaching weeks until the end of June. For example, if the full course is 36 weeks from September to June and your child starts in November, the price is calculated based on the remaining teaching weeks from their start date.
